The Agera Agency Calgary giveaway pages. Last updated October 7, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of the giveaway pages at theageraagency.com/giveaway (the "pages"), run by The Agera Agency ("we", "us") in Calgary, Alberta. By using the pages or sending an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the pages. The terms of use for the rest of our website cover our other pages.
The giveaway has its own rules
Entering, judging, the prize, the promotional offer and claiming are all governed by the official rules. If anything on these pages or in these terms conflicts with the official rules, the official rules win. You must read and agree to the official rules to apply.
The promotional offer is a paid service
The 4 promotional spots at $1,200 a month are a paid service. Accepting one means signing The Agera Agency's client agreement, which sets out the scope of work, payment, the 3 month term, what happens at the end of it and cancellation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Nothing on these pages creates a client relationship on its own.
Ad spend
Ad spend, the money Meta charges to show ads, is paid by the winner and by each promotional winner directly to Meta. It is not included in the prize or the promotional offer and it never passes through us. The $50 a day minimum described on the pages is a minimum, not a cap, and Meta's own terms govern your ad account.
Information on the pages
The pages describe our service in general terms. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. The result we quote, an automotive brand that turned under $1,000 in ads into $45,000 in sales in 2 weeks, is one specific client in specific circumstances. It is not a promise that your business will get the same result. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your market, your budget and the ad platforms themselves.
Using the pages
Please use the pages lawfully. You agree not to:
- Send false information, apply for a business you do not own or represent, or use someone else's details without their permission.
- Send more than one application per business, or use scripts or automation to send applications.
- Try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the pages or the systems behind them.
- Copy the pages' design, code or content for your own commercial use.
We may reject an application or block access for anyone who misuses the pages.
Our content
The text, design, code, graphics and branding on these pages belong to The Agera Agency or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to the pages, but you may not copy, republish or sell the content without written permission. Videos and landing pages produced for the winner and the promotional winners belong to those businesses once delivered, as described in the official rules.
Links to other sites
The pages link to other websites and services, such as Meta and Google. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranties
The pages are provided "as is". We do not promise that they will always be available or error free, although we take reasonable steps to keep them that way. If a technical problem stops an application from arriving, the official rules explain what we may do.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Agera Agency is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, that comes from using or being unable to use the pages, from relying on their content or from taking part in the giveaway. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Alberta or Canadian law.

Not connected to Meta or Mount Royal University
The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. The Agera Agency is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mount Royal University.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the pages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, in Calgary.
